十二指腸球の良性リンパ症過形成（BLH）の4例が報告されています。このエンティティのRoentgen所見が提示され、胃腸管のBLHに関する文献を簡単にレビューします。

Four cases of benign lymphoid hyperplasia (BLH) of the duodenal bulb are reported. The roentgen findings of this entity are presented and the literature on BLH of the gastrointestinal tract is briefly reviewed.
