耳鳴りで両側感覚的聴覚障害を発症したスルファサラジンで治療された強直性脊椎炎の若い雄患者の症例を報告します。スルファサラジンの中止は、耳鳴りの完全な解決と難聴の改善をもたらしました。このケースの特徴について説明し、関連する文献もレビューします。

We report the case of a young male patient with ankylosing spondylitis treated with sulphasalazine who developed bilateral sensorineural hearing loss with tinnitus. Discontinuation of sulphasalazine led to complete resolution of tinnitus and an improvement in hearing loss. We discuss the features of this case and also review the relevant literature.
