台湾の看護師の実践者のための実践と法律の範囲

目的：記事の目的は、台湾の実践法の範囲を説明し、米国の実践法の範囲と比較し、看護師実務家（NP）の問題を特定することです。 データソース：文献レビューが行われ、NPの実践範囲を管理するために使用される管理指令の制限を決定しました。NPの実践に関連する保健福祉省の行政指令、台湾の医師法および看護師法、台湾協会のNPS協会の声明を含む権威あるリソースの同時レビューが実施され、文書が分析されました。 結論：管理指令のみに基づいており、法律や規制のないため、実践の範囲を定義することは困難でした。しかし、看護師法第23条のパラグラフ3と4の追加が合法的に高品質のケアを提供できるようになり、NPSのプロフェッショナリズムを促進するのに役立つと判断されました。 実践への影響：立法にはまだ長い道のりがあり、NP法律プロセスに関する調査結果を共有することで、世界中のNPの支援を得て、この新しい役割の理解と法律を奨励したいと考えています。

PURPOSE: The purpose of the article is to describe the scope of practice legislation in Taiwan, with some comparisons to the scope of practice legislation in the United States, as well as to identify the issues of nurse practitioner (NP) practice. DATA SOURCES: A literature review was conducted to determine the limitations of the administrative directives used to govern NP scope of practice. A simultaneous review of authoritative resources, including the Ministry of Health and Welfare's administrative directives related to NP practice, the Physicians Act and Nurses Act of Taiwan, and the statement of the Taiwan Association of NPs, was conducted and the documents analyzed. CONCLUSION: Based only on administrative directives, and without law and regulations, it was difficult to define the scope of practice. It was determined, however, that, since the addition of Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 23 of the Nurses Act, NPs became able to provide a high quality of care legally, which helps to facilitate the professionalism of NPs. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE: Legislation still has a long way to go, and through sharing our findings on the NP legislation process, we hope to gain the support of NPs around the world and to encourage an understanding and the legislation of this new role.
