Mobius症候群とポーランドの異常：症例報告と文献のレビュー

6歳の男の子はメビウス症候群とポーランド異常を組み合わせた病気でした。まれではありますが、この関連性は繰り返し発生します。ポーランドの異常では胸筋が欠如しているということは、どちらの症状でも筋肉と骨格の異常は共通の胎児の中胚葉欠損によるものであるという理論を裏付けています。

A 6-year-old boy had the combination of Mobius Syndrome and the Poland anomaly. Although rare, this association is repeatedly encountered. The absence of the pectoral muscle in the Poland anomaly supports the theory that in both conditions the muscular and skeletal abnormalities are due to a common fetal mesodermal defect.
